Izzzi Hotel

Great experience! I would say 5/5 because hotel team will make you feel at home. They are very friendly and good in communicating in English. There's even a game area. We played card games and it's amazing to play with different people in different countries. Don't worry about communication barriers coz they are great translators. Great location as you can just walk to nearby groceries, the mall and famous restaurants like Navat. It's budget friendly and you really get your money's worth. With their goodness you would hope to have that kind of hotel and great customer sevice in your own country.

I’m very disappointed in this hotel... I lived in it a couple of years ago, everything was fine, this time I was sad, disappointed and afraid for my health... I called in advance and asked if early check-in was possible, since I was after surgery. They said it was possible. Reservation for a comfort room Upon arrival at 11:30, they put me on the 3rd floor, in a room with terribly dirty walls, with dusty and dirty carpet in the corners, with a dirty toilet and a splattered lid (obviously not from water) ... I ask them to move me to another one. I remind you that I am after the operation... The not happy admin girl refuses me, she says cleaning is still going on... I’m ready to pay extra so that my category number would be a priority for cleaning, they refuse me and ask me to wait until 14:00... I’m 🤯 in shock. I ask you to call the hotel manager to resolve the issue and go down to the restaurant to eat. At the beginning of the first day, the hotel manager personally invites me into my room and helps me with my things, for this I am grateful to her, but that’s all from the pleasant side😅 Having entered the room, we quickly visually inspected the room and I accepted it; I was already tired and just wanted to lie down. But after I looked around and realized that dirt and dust are the problem of the entire hotel, photos are attached. Next, my two days were touched by the restaurant in the hotel... They decorated the hall for the New Year and in front of the hotel guests, in the presence of the restaurant manager, stood on the tables in dirty shoes...🤯 and this happened more than once...😬🫣 they shook dusty decorations all day long... asked the guests to move when they we ate to continue decorating the hall😅😜 I continued to be touched by this establishment 🤯 then I see a waiter in sweatpants and dirty sneakers, only the badge of this establishment gave him away👏 there were still violations, but this point outweighed everything.... I found a metal hook in the paste, namely, I took it out of my mouth (I attach a photo) ... When I asked the Manager and the waiters what it was, they explained to me that a piece had fallen off the sieve... and as an apology, they later brought me tiramisu... Are you serious??? I would have been waiting for intensive care with the opening of the esophagus 😬😡🤬 I do not recommend the hotel, much less the restaurant!!! Requires verification!
